CMV stands for its excellence in understanding and meeting customer requirement across the product range, terms of service & delivery. We have always met our quality standards because we have very fine control on the selection of raw materials, knitting, processing and conversion to garments.

Organic Textiles support the improvement of global work environments and fair living wages by receiving and maintaining our SEDEX (SUPPLIER ETHICAL DATA EXCHANGE),Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standards) and OCS (Organic Blended Content Standards) certifications which also abide by Fair-Trade requirements.

Our Production Capacity

The entire range of apparel can be done with any type of prints and embroidery. Our system is flexible to accommodate any new or creative concepts in the garment.

We have a very sophisticated manufacturing unit with an installed production capacity of 1,50,000 garments per month, having future plans to expand additional 1,00,000 garments by 2017-2018.Our unit is equipped with Japanese technology. Its an integrated garmenting.

Since packing plays a critical role, in this context any type of packing can be done, on clients preferred specifications.

Lead Times

  • Sample Development

    Normally we work on 25 to 30 days of lead time for sample

  • Bulk Production

    Normally we work on 75-90 days lead time and for repeat orders we even work on 60-75 days lead time
