⦿ Yarn Selection and Testing:
Yarn selection is a critical first step, and we exclusively choose combed cotton for its premium quality. In our state-of-the-art laboratory, we meticulously test yarn count and appearance to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
⦿ Grey Fabric Inspection
Every roll of grey fabric undergoes a rigorous 100% inspection to detect any imperfections or irregularities. Our lab technicians meticulously assess loop length and yarn counts to confirm the fabric's integrity and suitability for further processing.
⦿ Finished Fabric Inspection
Finished fabrics undergo thorough inspection based on a stringent 4 Point System. Our highly trained personnel meticulously examine each fabric to verify its quality and consistency. Real-time data is digitally recorded in our Stitch MIS software, providing instant access to quality metrics for continuous monitoring and improvement.
⦿ Roll Segregation and Barcoding
Rolls of fabric are meticulously segregated based on four key points identified during inspection to maintain uniformity and consistency. Each roll is then labeled with a barcode using our Stage ERP software, ensuring easy identification and tracking throughout the production process.
⦿ Laboratory Testing
Our laboratory conducts comprehensive testing at every stage, from raw material selection to final fabric parameters. Tests include yarn count, yarn appearance, fabric shrinkage, spirality, wet and dry rub color, and fastness to washing. Additionally, we rigorously test printed fabric for print durability, ensuring lasting quality and performance in our garments.
